Sponsorship Terms
Standard Operating Procedure & Ethical Guidelines
1. Right of Refusal
Trinity Vandenacre reserves the right to review, reject, or delete any sponsorship at our sole discretion. This platform is built on the mission of protecting the West and promoting ethical investigation. Any sponsorship, brand, or shoutout message that contradicts these goals—or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful—will be removed from the registry.
2. Ethical Vetting
We do not accept support from, or provide "featured" status to, businesses or individuals involved in illegal activities, unethical practices, or entities that actively work against the preservation of Western heritage and wildlife management. If your sponsorship is flagged during our vetting process, it will be refunded in full, and your name will be purged from the mission log.
3. Refund Policy
- If we cancel your sponsorship: You will receive a full refund.
- If you change your mind: All sponsorships are considered final and non-refundable contributions to the production of the specific investigation.
4. Content Review
Shoutout messages are limited to alphanumeric characters. Trinity Vandenacre reserves the right to minorly edit shoutout text for clarity or length, ensuring it remains within the professional standards of the video credits.
