I am taking the truck camper on a backcountry loop across the West to find the independent ranchers, off-grid loggers, and local agricultural producers who have built unbreakable, sovereign supply lines. The challenge is to find the core of that local industry and share a cup of coffee with them in a location that tells their story—on the tailgate of a logging truck, at a local diner, or over a campfire on a grazing lease. This is the intelligence we need to protect our own sovereign resources.
